In 1996, the SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation is established and erects the largest and first modern steel bar facility in the country in Bulacan. At present, SteelAsia supplies more than half of the country’s 2.5 million MT of steel bar needs, including more than 60% of the country’s steel bar needs for infrastructure. With innovation and continuous improvement as mantra, SteelAsia created an offsite fabrication (Cut & Bend services) that promote cost savings, quality and precision, and management ease and convenience to their customers.

Route 3: MHPS (Philippines) Inc. & Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila, Inc.

Founded in November 1989, MHPS-PHL formerly Babcock-Hitachi (Philippines), Inc. (BHPI), is a joint venture company between Babcock-Hitachi K.K. of Japan (BHK), a world renowned boiler manufacturer, and Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila, Inc. (AG&P), a heavy metal fabricator & power/industrial plant construction company. The facility is located in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas, Philippines, approximately 16 km from Batangas City and about 130 km. South of Manila.

Route 1: Keppel Subic Shipyard & Subic Free Port Zone

Keppel Subic Shipyard (formerly Subic Shipyard and Engineering, Inc.) is a shipyard serving ocean going vessels of up to 340,000 dwt. It provides repair, conversion and building services, tank cleaning, internal tank coating as well as voyage repairs for internal tanks using ultra high pressure. It also undertakes steel fabrication for land based and marine or offshore structures.

Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), which is known simply as Subic Bay, is the Philippines' first successful case of a military base
converted through volunteerism into a tax- and duty-free zone similar to Hong Kong and Singapore, operated and managed by
the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority or SBMA. It covers the fenced area of the former U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay located in the
southwest of Luzon Island in the Philippines and surrounded by the municipalities of Subic and Olongapo City in Zambales and
Hermosa and Morong in Bataan.

Route 2: Grandspan Development Corp. & Steel Asia
Manufacturing Corp.

Grandspan Development Corp. started in 1979 at a 35 hectare compound in Binangonan, Rizal. The STEEL PLANT produces at
least 150 metric tons per day of built-up structural steel beams, trusses, conveyor and other related equipment, as well as special
tanks and vessels as per customer's specifications. Its 32,000 square meter fabrication plant produces 24,000 metric tons of
fabricated steel structures per annum.

Company of Manila, Inc.

Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific is an industrial process outsourcing (IPO) company providing fabrication and assembly, modularization
and asset management services to the oil & gas, mining, power and civil infrastructure sectors. The company operates
one of the largest steel fabrication and assembly yards in Southeast Asia with a capacity of 120,000 metric tons of
fabricated steel per annum.
